Gravoks is a home décor brand operated by Gravox Oy. This policy explains our withdrawal, return, refund, cancellation, and damaged-product procedures.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Finnish or European Union consumer-protection law.

1. Fourteen-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing eligible products through our online store generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

You must notify Gravoks of your decision to withdraw no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

For orders containing several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the final product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email support@gravoks.com before the withdrawal period expires. Include your full name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Simply returning a product, refusing delivery, or failing to collect a parcel may not be enough unless you also clearly notify us of your decision to withdraw.

2. Returning a Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.

Please contact us before shipping the return so that we can provide the correct instructions and confirm the appropriate return location.

The product should be returned with all included parts, accessories, manuals, instructions, tags, and original packaging where reasonably available.

Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may inspect the product only as much as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, in the same way that you could inspect it in a physical shop.

You may be responsible for a reduction in the product’s value if it has been used, damaged, altered, unnecessarily assembled, or handled beyond what was reasonably necessary for inspection.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost.

Gravoks will cover or reimburse reasonable return costs if the product is damaged on arrival, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the order.

Gravoks does not charge a restocking fee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the return receipt until the return and refund process has been completed.

4. Refunds

When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, Gravoks will refund the applicable payments without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may wait until we receive the returned product or until you provide evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will include the price paid for the returned product and, where applicable, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.

Additional costs for express, priority, or another more expensive delivery method are not refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.

As Gravoks currently offers free standard shipping within Finland, there may be no original standard shipping charge to refund.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will normally be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method is agreed or required by applicable law.

Gravoks does not charge a fee for processing an approved refund.

After the refund has been issued, your bank, card provider, or another payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or does not otherwise conform to your order.

Email support@gravoks.com and include your full name, order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product.

Where relevant, also include photographs of the packaging and shipping label.

Please keep the product and packaging until we have reviewed the issue and provided further instructions.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, a refund, or cancellation of the purchase.

Customers will not be required to pay reasonable return costs for a product confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming.

Rights relating to defective products are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal period.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception is permitted by law.

Examples may include products made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized products, goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.

Any applicable exception will be clearly disclosed before the purchase is completed.

A product is not excluded from mandatory consumer rights only because it is discounted, on sale, or described as a final-sale product.

These exceptions do not remove your rights if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the sales contract.

8. Exchanges

Gravoks does not currently offer direct product exchanges.

To purchase a different product, colour, size, or variation, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the preferred product.

This procedure does not limit your statutory remedies where the original product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming.

9. Order Cancellations

To request cancellation before delivery, email support@gravoks.com and include your order number and a clear cancellation request.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will attempt to stop the shipment.

If the order has already been dispatched and cannot be stopped, you may receive the parcel and follow the withdrawal and return procedure described in this policy.

Your statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase is not limited by our ability to stop the order before shipment.

10. Refused or Uncollected Parcels

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically count as a valid withdrawal notice.

You should separately email support@gravoks.com and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Where legally permitted, reasonable direct costs caused by an uncollected or unjustifiably refused parcel may be deducted from the refund if those costs would otherwise have been the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can confirm the correct return instructions.

Do not include cash, payment-card information, passwords, or sensitive financial details inside the return parcel.

In-person returns are not available unless expressly arranged with our customer-support team.
