How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email inbox for your Gravoks shipping confirmation email.
  2. Click the tracking link provided in the email.
  3. You can also log in to your customer account to view your order status.

Tracking Information

Tracking becomes available after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier. If your tracking link does not update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to refresh.

Orders may be shipped using reliable delivery partners such as Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, DPD, GLS, or other available courier partners.
