These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gravoks website and purchases made through our online store.

Gravoks is a home décor brand operated by Gravox Oy. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Finnish or European Union law.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful shopping, information, and customer-support purposes.

You must not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity, provide false information, interfere with its security, access another customer’s account, misuse promotions or returns, or use a payment method without authorization.

We may restrict access or hold an order where fraud, security risks, or serious misuse is reasonably suspected.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, materials, dimensions, colours, prices, and availability are accurate.

Minor colour or appearance differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, natural material variations, or manufacturing tolerances.

These minor differences do not affect your rights if a product is defective, incorrect, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to the purchase contract.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website or during checkout.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT.

Before submitting an order, checkout will display the product price, discounts, shipping charges where applicable, taxes, and the total amount payable.

Gravoks currently offers free standard shipping to eligible addresses within Finland, subject to our Shipping Policy.

5. Orders

You are responsible for reviewing the product, price, delivery address, and other order details before submitting an order.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgment confirming that we received it.

The purchase contract is generally formed when we accept the order and send an order-acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

Orders remain subject to product availability, successful payment, correct customer information, delivery restrictions, and reasonable fraud checks.

6. Order Refusal or Cancellation

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is unsuccessful or unauthorized, customer information is incomplete, the address cannot be delivered to, fraud is suspected, or a clear pricing or technical error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method without unnecessary delay.

We will not charge a corrected or higher price without your agreement.

7. Payments

Payment is required when the order is submitted.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may depend on your location, currency, device, and the payment services enabled on our store.

Payments are processed through Shopify and approved payment providers. Gravox Oy does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

By submitting payment, you confirm that the billing information is correct and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within Finland.

Our usual order-processing time is approximately 1–2 business days. Standard delivery after dispatch is generally estimated at 5–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, public holidays, service interruptions, address problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error, although changes may not be possible after dispatch.

9. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Contact support@gravoks.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order before shipment.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will try to stop it. If it has already been shipped, you may follow the applicable withdrawal and return procedure.

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases. Full return instructions, exclusions, return costs, and refund information are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically count as a valid withdrawal notice. You should also notify us directly.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost where this responsibility was disclosed before purchase.

Gravoks does not charge a restocking fee for valid returns.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the returned product or evidence that it has been sent back, where permitted by law.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Contact support@gravoks.com if a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or refund.

Customers will not be required to pay reasonable return costs for products confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming.

12. Website Content and Availability

The Gravoks website, brand elements, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and page designs may be owned by or licensed to Gravox Oy.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission unless applicable law allows it.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions or technical errors may occur. This does not affect obligations connected to accepted orders or mandatory consumer rights.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.

Gravox Oy remains responsible for mandatory consumer rights and for products that do not conform to the purchase contract.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, customer-provided address errors, unauthorized account use where we were not at fault, misuse of a product, or independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

14. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies requiring consent will only be used after the required consent has been obtained.

15. Governing Law and Complaints

These Terms and purchases from Gravoks are governed by Finnish law.

This does not remove mandatory consumer protections available to consumers under applicable Finnish or European Union law.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it directly.

If the issue cannot be resolved, consumers may seek guidance from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and may submit an eligible dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

These options do not remove your right to bring a claim before a legally competent court.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, website, business practices, or legal requirements change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

The version available when an order is placed will normally apply to that purchase.
